Martyna Krzysztofińska

Second-year trainee legal advisor at the Warsaw District Chamber of Legal Advisors. She graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. In her master’s thesis she combined her interest in human rights and European Union law. She gained international experience while studying at the Panthéon-Assas University in Paris and doing internship at the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in Brussels, where she co-organised and participated in numerous official events at the European level on issues such as non-discrimination, the rule of law and the protection of human rights activists.

She is active in the United Nations Association in Poland, where she serves as the President of the Board. The Association carries out projects related to diplomacy, sustainable development, and human rights, with a particular focus on the UN context. She is a graduate of the English-language specialization: International Organisations at the European Academy of Diplomacy.

At the Firm, she focuses on issues related to intellectual property protection, in particular legal services for R&D project financed from EU funds, copyright contracts and services for cultural institutions.

She works in Polish, English and French.
