We work in the field of protection of personal rights. We advise on data protection regulations and prepare all the documentation required to ensure that the processes within an organization are compliant with the GDPR.

We draft codes of ethics, anti-bullying and anti-discrimination procedures for organisations and businesses. We also help them to meet employment law regulations.

We conduct civil litigation, administrative and administrative court proceedings within the scope of our specialization.

We are truly passionate about human rights. We deal with equality issues, especially the rights of LGBT+ people in Poland, as well as access to public information. Our Firm participates in the Pro Bono for Equality program run by the Polish Society of Anti-Discrimination Law, as part of which we have reached favourable settlements for our clients before the Supreme Court and the Patient’s Ombudsman. We also conducted pro bono cases within the framework of the “Advocates on the Border” campaign in 2017-2019, all of which were won before the Supreme Administrative Court.
