Agnieszka Gargas-Ziellińska

Legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw since 2020.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. During her studies she completed a semester at Université Paris-Est-Créteil as part of the Erasmus+ academic exchange. Scholarship holder of the Rector of the University of Silesia for the best students, organizer, and participant of scientific conferences. During her legal training, she completed an internship at the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg. She acquired experience in Katowice and Warsaw law firms.

For years, she has been active in non-governmental organizations, in particular those dealing with urban issues and social control of the activities of local government bodies.

In the Firm she handles issues related to copyright and related rights, industrial property law, legal services for R&D projects financed from EU funds, legal services for companies and labour law. She works in Polish, English and French.
