Cultural institutions

We provide services to local government cultural institutions, supporting them in the full scope of their activities. We participate in every stage of production and execution of cultural events, and advise, among others, in copyright and related rights. We prepare and initial all contracts relating to activities of cultural institutions. In addition, we provide day-to-day services to these entities in the field of labour law, administrative law, and public finance law. We also advise on public procurement and assist with regulations on access to public information. We draft codes of ethics, equality procedures, anti-mobbing, and anti-discrimination procedures. We ensure that companies’ personal data processing processes are compliant with the GDPR and represent cultural institutions in civil and administrative litigation.
